We now have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Service Supervisor to join our Hotel.

As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties.

The main duties expected within the role are:

  • Ensure all hotel audit procedures are adhered to.
  • Lead by example, and motivate employees to make people feel special.
  • Maintain and display in-depth hotel and local area knowledge consistently, in order to WOW the guest, promote sales, and ensure that all employees are provided with the necessary information to perform their job effectively.
  • Inspect guest areas on an on-going basis, and take appropriate steps to ensure that facilities meet or exceed hotel standards at all times.
  • Seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and developing strategies to improve departments and hotel services.
  • To be fully aware of and adhere to Health and Safety and fire evacuation procedures.
  • Ensure that all guests receive an efficient, friendly and personalised service from all hotel employees.
  • Ensure that personal and working standards of cleanliness are adhered to.
  • Seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and developing strategies to improve departments and hotel services.
